Shipping Rates & Times

Worldwide Standard Shipping → Flat rate $15
Free Shipping → Orders above $150
Express Shipping → Available on request. Please contact us at support@thatgirlpajamas.com or send us a DM on Instagram for personalized express shipping options.

Processing & Delivery Times

Orders are usually processed within 2–3 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Delivery timelines depend on your location:
- U.S. Orders: Most arrive within 7–14 business days.
- International Orders: Delivery can take 10–20 business days, depending on customs clearance and local postal service.
Some distant or rural areas may take longer, but we promise we’ll get your pajamas to you!

The given delivery dates are estimates calculated from the date your order is shipped, keeping in mind our processing time. Deliveries might take longer due to incorrect shipping addresses, severe weather, stringent customs clearance, or other unavoidable circumstances.

Pre-Orders

When you place a pre-order, you’re reserving a product before it officially launches.

Pre-orders are charged at checkout to secure your spot in our production run.
Estimated shipping dates are listed on the product page and in your order confirmation.
If there are any updates to timelines, we’ll notify you by email.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

That Girl Pajamas is proudly designed and made in Vietnam. We ship worldwide from our Vietnam studio.

United States: All U.S. orders ship with duties and customs fees fully covered by That Girl Pajamas. You won’t have to pay any extra charges upon delivery. The price you see at checkout is the final cost. We handle all import paperwork and fees on your behalf to ensure a smooth delivery process.
International Customers (Canada, UK, EU, Australia, etc.): Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties, VAT, GST, or other customs-related fees based on your country’s regulations. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the customer’s responsibility. In some cases, your shipping carrier may collect these fees before or upon delivery.
We carefully complete all customs paperwork to help your order move smoothly across borders. Since import rules vary by country, we recommend checking with your local customs office for the most accurate information.
